Zip Books Brings Books to Your Doorstep
Request, Receive, Read, Return, Repeat. Your Library Delivered! Zip Books are now available at the Corona Public Library. What is it? Zip Books is a program sponsored by the California State Library and administered by Califa and is a way for patrons to request books that the Library doesn’t own.
The Library was awarded $21,000 by the California State Library for Zip Books. Patrons may request a book (regular print or large print), or a book on CD that is available for $35 or less through Amazon Prime. Library staff will place the order and the item is mailed directly to you. When you have finished with the item, just bring it to a staff
member at one of the Library’s Information Desks.
You must have a valid library card to participate and can only request one Zip Book item at a time. The item must be properly returned before you
can request another. The request may be for children, teen, or adult books written in English, Spanish, Chinese, or Korean.
