Now that it’s December, the magic of the holidays is shining bright through all the neighborhoods. Do you put up Christmas lights on your house? Whether you go all out or keep it simple, Christmas lights are often the bright spot in many families’ holidays. If you are looking for a great spot to bundle up, head out and see how your friendly neighbors decorate, look no further! We have gathered all the local neighborhood spots to view the holiday lights:
Operation Christmas Lights
5386 Buttonwood Court, Chino Hills, CA 91709
It may be only one house, but this extravagantly decorated home packs a big punch! The Nehmans family has been putting on a show since 2011, putting up thousands of lights and choreographing carols for a Christmas extravaganza you won’t forget. What makes this house even more special is the meaning behind it. The Nehmans use the holidays and their Christmas lights show as an opportunity to raise money for “Operation Christmas Lights,” a fundraiser that provides gifts for children of a fallen soldier. Don’t miss out on this amazing show, and don’t forget to donate in their donation box in front of their home!
Corona Candy Cane Lane
Winton Road, Corona, CA 92881
Take a stroll down Candy Cane Lane in Corona, where many home owners get in the spirit of not only lighting up the holidays, but giving back! With thousands of lights, inflatables and members of the community selling baked goods, this is one street you won’t want to miss. It can get crowded, so plan accordingly. Also, home owners are also collecting toys for charity; if you would like to partake, please bring an unopened toy to donate!
San Antonio Lights
Cypress & San Antonio Street & Walnut and the 60 Freeway, Chino, CA 91710
Not as crowded as the Alta Loma Christmas Lights, but the San Antonio Lights are just as fun! With cul-de-sacs and whole streets getting in the holiday spirit, you can take your time and enjoy many of the decorations these homes have to offer. Bring a snack or water with you if you plan to walk this one – it is a bit of a longer walk than some of the others.
Spur Court Synchronized Lights and Music
Spur Court, Chino, CA 91710
It’s always fun when one house goes all out with their decorations, and then takes it one step further with synchronized music…now imagine almost all the houses on the street getting involved! On Spur Court, you are treated to beautifully decorated houses that you can enjoy in the comfort of your car – while listening to holiday music on the radio, of course. Grab a hot chocolate and the people you love and watch the lights literally dance in front of your eyes!
The Mission Inn’s Festival of Lights
3649 Mission Inn Avenue, Riverside, CA 92501
You can’t view holiday lights without the crème de la crème of the season! The Mission Inn’s Festival of Lights boasts more than 4 million dazzling holiday lights, appearances by Santa Claus, the world’s largest manmade mistletoe, horse-drawn carriage rides, an elaborately decorated Christmas tree in the hotel lobby and much more. Enjoy an outdoor ice-skating rink and marvel in the wonders of the lights in downtown Riverside. It’s a memory you won’t soon forget.
Chino Hills Boat Parade
Peyton Drive, North of Eucalyptus Drive, Chino Hills, CA 91709

A fun treat for all, parade watchers should expect to arrive early, and dress warmly! Be sure to stay until the end – you never know who will be coming to town!
Alta Loma Christmas Lights
Thoroughbred Street, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91701
With many streets participating, the neighborhood in this area goes all out. From lights to inflatables to cardboard cutouts, you and your family are guaranteed to have a great time. Several houses even offer hot chocolate and cookies for you to enjoy! There are also porta-potties on hand for those who need to make a quick bathroom trip. Since it can get crowded, it’s recommended to park and walk around. Just remember to bundle up!
